Motivation ​

In today's time of hustling life, everyone desires to have a cup of their favourite beverage according to their need. I used various apps for different coffee houses in London, UK but ended up not being satisfied. This thrived me thinking of a solution as I am learning the process.
Project overview
​
This was my preliminary project created whilst learning Google UX certificate course. It is a coffeehouse app for a cafe in London. Being one of the busiest cities in the world has a variety of customers. The app will cater to people of all age groups and feature various services helping the customers relish their cuppas anywhere they desire to.

Problem Statement
​
This app is designed for coffee enthusiasts around the city of London. Helping to cater to all the age groups. It will be useful for online ordering and overcome the issue of collecting orders with flawless deliveries. Hoping to elevate the reservations at cafe and many more purposeful services.
Hypothesis
​
If this was created it will defeat the problems relating to order pickups, reserving seats at the cafe, and help at cafe.
Goal Statement
​
This app will let the user order coffee sitting at the cafe, book their table and will aid elderly with. Adding all the features, such as ready to collect/ deliver, book the table, sign to help, will measure the effectiveness of by creating survey and observation.
